6. Everyone knows there is an association and due are access each year.letter go out every year to the contact information we have on file.
7. Looking at fees for hard copies of requested records. Will discuss this year.
   1. Delinquent owners we have given many opportunities to those who fail to make payments some of those we have had discussions with many times. No more amnesty.
   2. Mailing you dues; once a week mail pickup. Sometime only three letters in the PO Box.
