Are the utilities in the development?

Yes: the are underground utilities. To activate electrical to your property you can contact West Florida Electric

Are there By-Laws?

Yes: There are By Laws and Covenants

Can I have a building on my property?

Yes: no more than one barn or outbuilding may be constructed on a lot, use only for the purpose of housing a boat, car, RV’s, lawn and garden equipment, horses, must be enclosed. Phase I, Articles IV.

What is the minimum sizes home can I build?

Not less than 1,400 square feet, living space of 1,000 square feet.

Can I have livestock?

No: swine,Live stock or poultry shall be not bred on any lot. Cats and dogs are permissible, provided they are not bred or maintained for commercial purposes. See Phase I, ArticleIV

How do I get to the Development ?

How often are the roadways cut/maintained ?

Reedy Creek contracts is four times a year. To prevent road destruction cuts are limited, this will prevent heavy equipment to the roadway causing more damage to the roadway. See phase I.

How much clearing of trees on my property?

Can I hunt on my property?

The By-Laws or Covenant does not address it, but it does address hunting club. No lot or lots within the development shall be used for the establishment of a hunt club and no property within the development shall be leased for the purpose of hunting. See Covenant XVIII.

How do I determine the amount of my property dues?

$400.00 per lot per year. Property fronting a county maintained road will pay $100.00. annual assessments. Phase II. Article X.

If I sell my property should I notify the association?

Yes in many instance the board receives calls from new property owners upset due to delinquent POA dues that have been passed on to them, and how can they resolve the issue. All owners should insure an Estoppel Letter is sent to the board to ascertain if there are any unpaid POA dues owned to Reedy Creek.
